With tailored pricing packages, we’ll work together to create a customised solution that meets your unique needs, ensuring you get the very best for your money and your people get the very best for their professional development.

Employer Initial Meeting

An informal meeting between the employer and the coach, to discuss coaching needs within the business. This meeting is an opportunity for the coach to explain the coaching process and services available, and for the employer to share current opportunities for development or pain points within the business that may be addressed through coaching.

Single Coaching Session

A focused, one-to-one session where the coach will work with the client on their specific goals or challenges, using appropriate frameworks to support them. They will agree to actions, defined by them, which they will commit to and take accountability for once the session is over. The client will receive a brief email summary of the session and their agreed follow-up actions.

Accountability Session

A follow-up session, within an agreed suitable timeframe following the end of the coaching session(s), to help the client stay on track with their goals and actions. The intention is to provide an opportunity for ongoing support, ensuring that the client maintains momentum and remains accountable for their progress, enhancing return on investment for your business.

Pre and Post Coaching Analysis

Pre: After initial consultation and chemistry calls, a pre-coaching analysis will be carried out by the coach to assess current coaching and development needs and how coaching might support development. Post: Once the full coaching programme is complete, a post-coaching analysis will be carried out and delivered back to the business via written report, detailing developments, changes in behaviours and performance, ROI and recommended next steps.

Client Chemistry Call

An informal, no-pressure chat where the coach and the client will get to know each other and decide if they are a positive match for coaching. This is an opportunity for the client to share a little about what brings them to coaching and ask any questions they might have about the coaching process, the coaching style, and what to expect from the sessions. This time is also for the coach to understand how to best support the client and the business. The goal is to make sure the client, coach and employer feel comfortable working together and that expectations align.

Coaching Block

Six coaching sessions, spread at timely intervals to be agreed with the client and employer. A block of coaching sessions allows the client to delve further into their personal development, and give more time to their reflective practice. The client will receive a brief email summary of the session and their agreed follow-up actions, email/ WhatsApp support between sessions, access to takeaway resources, book/ podcast recommendations for their personal development.

Employer Session Summary

After each coaching session, the employer will receive a brief summary of the key topics that the client has agreed to work towards. This will not include the content of the coaching session, or any detail of the conversation between client and coach. This is a top-line overview of key focus areas, and how they align with business objectives. The summary will be reviewed by the client before sharing with the employer.
