Coaching Resources
These free resources are designed to support you in working through a challenge at your own pace. While they’re not a substitute for coaching, they offer a gentle introduction to my solution-focused approach and may help you gain clarity, insight, and a sense of direction.
Goal Setting with GROW
A step-by-step approach to setting a goal that truly matters to you, with built-in tools to support your progress along the way; including milestone planning, progress tracking, reflection, accountability, and journalling - so nothing gets overlooked.
CHOICES Decision Making
When decisions feel overwhelming, this 7-step process helps you slow things down, explore your options, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and a practical action plan.
Habits
Explore your current routines through the lens of Power Habits - the helpful patterns that support your growth; and Pitfall Habits - unhelpful behaviours that can derail your progress. By identifying both, you’ll begin to take practical steps towards building a daily routine that works for you, not against you.
SMARTER Goals
You may be familiar with the SMART way to set goals, but this framework takes it further and includes Evaluated - to make sure you're reflecting on your progress; and Rewarded - to ensure you allocate time to celebrating your wins!
Overcoming Imposter Syndrome
By focusing on three key steps (Awareness, Challenge, Take Action), this framework empowers you to identify and understand your self-doubt, reframe the limiting beliefs that are holding you back, and build unshakeable confidence through intentional practice.
Control the Controllables
When life throws challenges your way, it’s easy to feel like things are out of your control, and that feeling can be unsettling. This simple framework helps you refocus on what you can control, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
REFLECT Framework
This framework invites you to pause and reflect on the year you’ve had. It creates space to recognise your experiences, challenges and achievements, and to appreciate how far you’ve come. This isn’t about setting goals, it’s about honouring your journey, the lessons you’ve learned, and the progress you’ve made.
Visualisation
Take 5 minutes out your day to rest your mind, and work towards reducing your imposter syndrome. (This is one to share with a friend who'll read it out to you whilst you relax)
